Sunstone Consulting – Healthcare Process Automation
Designed a consulting process to address the challenges hospitals face validating Medicare claims reimbursement due to diverse state regulations and reimbursement policies. Solution includes Medicaid Policy tracking, claim level validation, billing calculations, and reconciliation with state-level Medicaid reimbursements. It also provides detailed reporting of outlier claims.
Naval Supply Systems Command Business Systems Center (NAVSUP BSC)
Led the development and implementation of the Oracle Internet Directory (OID) system – a pivotal technology backbone supporting warship operations. Our team has handled all major upgrades, maintenance, and enhancements to this system over years of service.
U.S. Navy and Department of Defense
Developed a holistic DevSecOps roadmap outlining best practices, organizational changes, and the right tools to implement a modern DevSecOps model. Collective Intelligence delivered extensive training to upskill practitioners on DevSecOps principles and tooling. We also implemented proofs-of-concept leveraging leading platforms like ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Teams, Power BI and other best-of-breed technologies. Additionally, we helped develop a tier 2 help desk system to efficiently manage and track internal ticket requests.
PA State System of Higher Education (PASSHE)
Streamline operations and knowledge sharing across its network of 14 state-owned universities. Designed and implemented a comprehensive knowledge management solution utilizing Microsoft SharePoint and the Power Platform.
